Julie A. Chapin, Ph.D. is a Senior Program Leader with the MSU Extension Children, Youth Families and Communities unit. She serves as the Coordinator for Michigan 4-H Youth Development. In this role she provides leadership for the day to day operations of Michigan 4-H Youth Development Programs and oversees program policies and procedures, volunteer trainind and development, workshops, state and federal reporting, 4-H strategic planning, 4-H Participation Fees grants and use policies, risk management and liability issues related to 4-H and 4-H staff development.
