Global Understanding in MSUE

Global understanding is a necessary competency for MSU Extension staff as we design educational programs to address challenges that are increasingly global in scope.  Building on the legacy of the International Extension Training Program (IETP) the professional development team will use this portal site to highlight resources and opportunities for learning more about critical global issues that impact Michigan citizens and international immigrants to Michigan.  MSU Extension will benefit from a staff better prepared to respond to global and cross-cultural opportunities in Michigan, and to meet the educational needs of immigrants in diverse cultural, economic, and social situations.
