Financial Health Survey

Thank you for taking the Financial Health Survey.

Please respond to the following questions as completely as possible. You may want to have a few financial records on hand, such as your 2008 tax return, checkbook register and credit card statements. Use your best guess on each question. It should take 15 to 20 minutes with your financial records available and slightly longer without them. At the end of the survey, you will be provided with links to financial education resources that address your financial needs.
This survey is provided to disseminate information and for academic research purposes.  Results are being calculated anonymously.  No identifying information is being collected during this survey.  The Financial Health Index is a research project by MSU Extension designed to understand the basic financial needs of consumers today.
Thank You for taking time to complete the survey tool!

The Fall Household Hazardous Waste Collection was a great success!  Watch for information on the Spring 2010 collection!  Thanks to all who helped and/or participated in the event.

Learn more about MSU Extension's redesign process

MSU Extension began an organization-wide effort to look at its programming and administrative structure in early 2009. The goal was to ensure that MSUE continues to remain responsive to the needs of Michigan's residents and makes the best use of resources.

The redesign effort was made public in the fall of 2009, and with input from stakeholders and decision makers from across the state, it is being launched in 2010. To learn more about the MSU Extension redesign effort, including  the organization’s statewide program priorities and new district structure, please click here.

The general goal of the TAP program is to build the capacity of communities to deliver sustainable tourism marketing programs. Our strategy is to concentrate our resources to provide in-depth educational programming, inventory of the tourism resources, visitor, local resident and business surveys over a two-three year period in a selected community. The TAP project is tailored to the needs of the communities requesting assistance.

Tourism Educational Materials
A comprehensive inventory of Extension resource materials related to tourism education. Currently the database contains over 250 Extension resource materials including bulletins, research reports, videos, and training programs. Nearly 100 documents are on-line in full text.
