How does your garden grow?
Better, with help from MSU Extension
It's that time of the year when Michigan gardeners can finally get outside and cultivate their imaginations and their rows.
Whether you're a novice grower who'd like to plant a few vegetables to enjoy this summer or have a green thumb that's the envy of your neighborhood, you can learn more about gardening from a new MSU Extension resource. The new Gardening in Michigan Web site features information about everything from planning to planting and cultivating to harvesting a robust, bountiful crop.
The site features tips on growing vegetables, fruit, flowers, lawns, trees and shrubs and how to deal with challenges from pests, diseases and the weather. Together with the resources available at any MSU Extension county office, it has what you need to get your garden growing.
