MSUE Administrative Handbook

Table of Contents

    Introduction

This handbook is a compilation of policies from the MSU Faculty Handbook, a previous MSUE County Administrative Handbook, and other MSUE policies not contained in the previous MSUE County Administrative Handbook.

Every effort has been made to reproduce MSU policies accurately and to apply them correctly to MSUE.  Of course, final interpretation of any MSU policy belongs to the University.

For MSUE policies, the Director or the Director's designate has authority regarding their meaning and interpretation.

Modification of MSUE policies must be in writing by the Director.  The MSUE policies will be updated from time to time by the Director in writing.  The Director retains the sole prerogative to add MSUE policies or delete MSUE policies.

All MSUE employees are obliged to understand and follow the policies/procedures/processes contained in this handbook.

For easy access, a list of all administrative forms included in this handbook can be found at the end of the Table of Contents

Questions regarding interpretation of the handbook policies should be addressed to ANR Human Resources.

National 4-H Week Is October 5-11

This year's National 4-H Week offers a great chance to celebrate 100 years of 4-H in Michigan. One highlight is 4-H National Youth Science Day on October 8, where youth across the country will conduct the same science experiment and post results to a national database. Counties will host events that showcase 4-H projects, honor 4-H volunteers for their hard work and invite new participants to join the century-old youth development program.
