Right to Farm Amendments, Public Act 261 of 1999 (SB 205)
This paper was written as a resource to help MSU Extension staff members better understand the implications of newly enacted state legislation that amends Michigan’s Right to Farm Act. This paper gives background information on the development of Public Act 261, explains the changes to the Right to Farm Act, and discusses some of the policy questions related to the legislation. 10 pp.
